About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at https://thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com and your purchase and use of digital programmes, learning materials, tools and related services made available under The Personal Development Mission brand.

By using our website, purchasing a programme or accessing programme materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not purchase or use the relevant programme or materials.
Certain purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, under which Link acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Link’s applicable consumer terms may therefore also apply to your purchase. These Terms continue to govern PDM’s programme content, access, licence, intellectual property, delivery and customer support responsibilities.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

“Third-Party Services” means external platforms used in connection with the Website or Programme, which may include Stripe, Kit, ScoreApp, Tally, Notion, Netlify, Framer and analytics providers.
“Website” means https://thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com, including associated PDM webpages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Career Foundations Programme.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Programme is designed for adult professionals and is not intended for children.
Programme licence and permitted use
When you purchase the Career Foundations Programme, PDM grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Programme and Materials in accordance with these Terms.
This licence allows you to:
access the Programme Hub and Interactive Tools made available to you;
download Materials that PDM makes available for download;
complete, edit and adapt editable Materials for your own personal and professional development;
retain and reuse downloaded Materials for your own personal and professional development;
incorporate your completed outputs into your own career documents, presentations and workplace processes;
remove PDM branding from a completed or substantially personalised output where reasonably necessary for your own workplace use; and
share your completed or substantially personalised outputs with your manager, mentor, coach, HR representative or other relevant workplace stakeholders for the purpose of your own career and professional development.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the Programme and Materials. It does not transfer ownership of the Programme, Materials, Career Ownership Model, underlying templates, frameworks, learning content, design, methodology or any related intellectual property to you.
You retain all rights in the original information, reflections and content that you add to the Materials. You may use your completed reflections, plans, statements and other personal outputs in your own work and career.
You must not:
share your Programme Hub password or access credentials with another person;
allow another person to access the Programme using your purchase;
share blank or substantially uncompleted templates with another person;
distribute editable Materials to colleagues, teams, clients or other third parties;
upload the Materials to a shared workplace drive, intranet, learning platform, document library or other location intended for wider use;
copy, publish, upload, distribute or share the Materials with others, except where expressly permitted by these Terms or by PDM in writing;
use the Materials to train, facilitate or guide other people through the Programme or its exercises;
remove PDM branding from blank or substantially unchanged Materials and present them as your own;
sell, sublicense, rent, licence or otherwise commercially exploit the Programme or Materials;
use the Programme or Materials to create, market or deliver a competing programme, course, workshop, coaching service, consultancy or other commercial service;
remove or alter copyright or other proprietary notices, except where these Terms expressly allow the removal of PDM branding from your completed or substantially personalised outputs; or
reproduce substantial parts of the Programme or Materials in another product or service.
PDM may suspend or withdraw your hosted access where we reasonably believe that you have materially breached this section, including by sharing access credentials, redistributing Materials or using the Materials for unauthorised team or commercial use. Where appropriate, we will contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before access is withdrawn.
Any Materials lawfully downloaded before hosted access ends may continue to be retained and used for your own personal and professional development, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.
Programme access, availability and updates
Access to the Career Foundations Programme is provided through the Programme Hub and any associated platforms or tools made available by PDM.
Your purchase includes access to the version of the Career Foundations Programme available at the time of purchase, together with any minor updates, corrections or improvements that PDM chooses to make available for that version.
Access to the online Programme and hosted Materials will remain available for as long as PDM continues to make the purchased version available through the Programme Hub or a replacement platform.
PDM may update, correct, improve, migrate, replace or reorganise the Programme Hub, Materials, Interactive Tools or delivery platform where reasonably necessary. This may include changes made to improve usability, maintain compatibility, correct errors, update information or support continued delivery of the Programme.
PDM may also introduce a materially revised edition, relaunch, expanded version, new programme, new product or materially expanded service. Your purchase does not automatically include access to any such future offering. These may be made available as a separate purchase or paid upgrade at PDM’s discretion.
PDM may retire or stop supporting a particular version of the Programme. Where this would materially affect your access, we will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice and, where appropriate, an opportunity to download available Materials or access a reasonable alternative.
Materials made available for download may be retained and used after hosted access ends, subject to the Programme licence and restrictions set out in these Terms.
PDM may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore access within a reasonable period.
If PDM permanently ceases trading or stops providing the Programme, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers in advance. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide an opportunity to download available Materials or provide an alternative method of accessing the purchased content before hosted access ends.
Where ending the Programme materially deprives you of access that you were reasonably entitled to expect, PDM will consider an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances, the period of access already provided and any rights available under applicable consumer law.
Orders, prices and payments
The price and key details of the Career Foundations Programme will be displayed before you place your order. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or mandatory charges, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Programme prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Where checkout offers payment in another currency, the amount, currency and any applicable conversion information displayed at checkout will apply to that transaction.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own foreign-exchange rate, international transaction fee or other charge. These charges are outside PDM’s and Stripe Managed Payments’ control and are your responsibility.
Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For eligible transactions, Link acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for processing the payment, collecting and remitting applicable transaction taxes, issuing the payment receipt and handling payment-related matters in accordance with its applicable terms.
PDM does not directly receive or store your full card details. Payment information is provided to and processed by Stripe and its payment partners.
You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Your order is complete when payment has been successfully accepted and an order confirmation has been issued. Programme access instructions will then be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect email address or do not receive your order confirmation or access instructions, you should contact PDM promptly at hello@thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com. We may ask you to provide reasonable information to verify the purchase before updating the email address or reissuing access details.
Where a payment is declined, reversed, cancelled, disputed or identified as unauthorised or fraudulent, Programme access may be withheld or suspended while the matter is investigated.
PDM may change the price of the Programme, introduce promotional pricing or withdraw an offer at any time before an order is completed. Any change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.
Any promotional code, discount or launch price is subject to the conditions communicated with that offer and may be changed or withdrawn before purchase.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Career Foundations Programme consists of digital content and online access provided shortly after purchase.
By requesting access to begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you expressly consent to PDM supplying the Programme during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once access has been provided. This consent and acknowledgement must be given at checkout before Programme access begins.
Once Programme access has been provided following that consent and acknowledgement, you will not normally be entitled to cancel or receive a refund solely because you:
change your mind;
decide not to start or complete the Programme;
do not use some or all of the Materials;
no longer consider the Programme suitable for your circumstances; or
do not achieve a particular career or professional outcome.
Where Programme access has not yet begun, or where the required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained correctly, any cancellation rights available under applicable law will continue to apply.
Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
The Programme must be supplied as described and meet the standards required by applicable consumer law. If the Programme Hub, access password, downloadable Material or other digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed, please contact hello@thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com as soon as reasonably possible.
PDM will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to:
restore or correct your access;
repair or replace the affected link, file, Material or digital content; or
provide a reasonable alternative method of access.
Where repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, not completed within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction, refund or other remedy under applicable consumer law. UK law provides repair or replacement rights for non-conforming digital content and, in qualifying circumstances, a price reduction that may amount to a full refund.
Requesting support or a refund
To request support, cancellation or a refund, contact hello@thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com and provide:
your name;
the email address used for the purchase;
your order or receipt reference; and
a brief description of the issue.
We may request reasonable additional information to verify the purchase and investigate the request.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through Stripe Managed Payments to the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed or required by law. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on Stripe, your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
PDM may choose to provide a refund, credit or other resolution as a gesture of goodwill where no legal entitlement exists. A goodwill decision relates only to the individual circumstances and does not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in another case.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Feedback and suggestions
You may choose to provide feedback, comments or suggestions about the Website, Programme or Materials.
You retain any rights you have in the original content of your feedback. By submitting feedback to PDM, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and incorporate that feedback for the purpose of improving, developing and promoting PDM’s products and services.
We will not publish your name, identifiable comments, testimonial or personal experience for marketing purposes without your permission.
You should not include confidential information belonging to your employer, clients or any other third party when submitting feedback.
Third Party links and platforms
The Website and Programme may contain links to or rely on third-party websites, platforms, applications and services. These may include payment, email, assessment, reflection, feedback, hosting and interactive-tool providers.
Third-Party Services may include Stripe, Kit, ScoreApp, Tally, Notion, Netlify, Framer and other providers used to support delivery of the Website or Programme.
When you access or use a Third-Party Service, that provider’s own terms, privacy policy and cookie practices may apply. PDM does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent content, policies, security practices or availability.
PDM will take reasonable care when selecting and using Third-Party Services, but we cannot guarantee that any particular third-party platform will remain continuously available, unchanged or free from technical issues.
Where a Third-Party Service forms part of the Programme and becomes unavailable, PDM will take reasonable steps to restore access, provide an alternative where appropriate or otherwise address the issue in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer law.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or as part of the Programme journey. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that PDM endorses all content, products, services or opinions available through that third party.
Customers should review the terms and privacy information of any Third-Party Service they choose to use.
Optional use of artificial-intelligence tools
Some Programme Materials include optional prompts designed to support reflection, drafting and development activities using third-party artificial-intelligence tools.
Use of these tools is optional. You are not required to use an AI tool to complete or benefit from the Programme.
Where you use an optional prompt through your own AI account, PDM does not normally receive or have access to the information you enter or the responses generated, unless you separately choose to share them with PDM.
Information submitted to an AI provider will be processed under that provider’s own terms, privacy policy and account settings. You should review those terms before using the tool.
You must not enter confidential employer or client information, commercially sensitive material, personal information relating to another person, or information you are not authorised to disclose.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing any output and deciding whether and how to use it.
PDM does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security or performance of any third-party AI tool.
Cookies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Website and improve performance.
Some cookies are necessary for the Website to function. Other cookies, including analytics or performance cookies, will only be used where permitted by law and, where required, after you have given consent through the cookie banner.
Third-party providers used by PDM may also place or access cookies or similar technologies in connection with their services. These providers may include website hosting, analytics, payment, embedded content and other service providers.
You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie banner and, where available, the Website’s cookie settings. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect how some parts of the Website function.
For more information about the cookies and similar technologies used by PDM, including their purposes and how long they remain active, please see our Cookie Policy.
Changes to these Terms
PDM may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect:
changes to the Website, Programme or how they are delivered;
changes to PDM’s business, payment arrangements or third-party providers;
changes in applicable law, regulation or regulatory guidance;
security, technical or operational requirements; or
corrections, clarifications or improvements to the wording.
The version of the Terms that applies to your purchase will normally be the version in effect when you place your order.
Where a change materially affects an existing customer’s ongoing use of the Programme, PDM will take reasonable steps to provide notice before the change takes effect, unless an urgent change is required for legal, regulatory, security or technical reasons.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce the core access, licence or consumer rights attached to a completed purchase unless the change is required by law or is necessary to protect the security or proper operation of the Programme.
The current version of these Terms will be published on the Website with the date of the latest update.
Website availability and changes
PDM may update, change, reorganise or temporarily suspend parts of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, operational or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available without interruption or that every page, feature or piece of content will remain unchanged.
Changes to the public Website will not remove or materially reduce the Programme access or rights attached to a completed purchase, except as permitted under the Programme access, availability and updates section of these Terms.
Where reasonably possible, PDM will aim to minimise disruption and restore unavailable Website functions within a reasonable period.
Suspension and termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Website, access the Programme or retain and use the Materials.
You may stop using the Website or Programme at any time. Stopping use does not create an automatic right to a refund, and any refund or cancellation rights will be governed by the Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights section of these Terms.
PDM may temporarily suspend Programme access where reasonably necessary:
to investigate suspected unauthorised access, password sharing, fraud or misuse;
to address a security or technical risk;
where a payment has been reversed, disputed or identified as unauthorised; or
where we reasonably believe that you have materially breached these Terms.
Where appropriate, PDM will explain the reason for the suspension and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
PDM may permanently withdraw your hosted access where:
you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms;
you share Programme access or distribute Materials without permission;
you use the Programme or Materials for unauthorised commercial, team or third-party purposes;
your conduct creates a material security, legal or operational risk; or
continued access would require PDM to breach applicable law.
Where the breach can reasonably be corrected, PDM will normally give you an opportunity to do so before permanently withdrawing access. Immediate withdrawal may be necessary in cases involving fraud, deliberate redistribution, serious misuse, unlawful activity or a significant security risk.
Withdrawal of hosted access does not transfer ownership of any Programme content or Materials to you and does not end the restrictions contained in the Programme licence and permitted use section.
Any Materials lawfully downloaded before access ends may continue to be retained and used for your own personal and professional development, subject to these Terms.
Termination or withdrawal of access does not affect:
rights and obligations that arose before termination;
any payment, refund or consumer rights that remain applicable; or
provisions intended to continue after termination, including those relating to intellectual property, permitted use, confidentiality, liability, governing law and dispute resolution.
Copyright infringement notice
PDM respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that content made available through the Website or Programme infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact hello@thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com and provide:
your name and contact details;
details of the work or rights you believe have been infringed;
the location of the material you are concerned about;
an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised; and
any supporting information that may help us assess the issue.
PDM will review the concern and may remove, restrict or investigate the relevant material where appropriate.
You should only submit a complaint where you genuinely believe that your rights, or rights you are authorised to represent, have been infringed.
Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for your use of the Website, Programme and Materials and for complying with these Terms.
You may be responsible for losses, costs or claims reasonably incurred by PDM where they result directly from your:
deliberate or unlawful misuse of the Website, Programme or Materials;
unauthorised sharing, copying, redistribution or commercial use of the Materials;
infringement of PDM’s or another person’s intellectual property rights;
submission of content that you do not have the right to use or disclose; or
fraudulent or intentionally misleading conduct.
This section does not make you responsible for losses caused by PDM’s own breach, negligence or failure to meet its legal obligations.
Programme standards and no guaranteed outcomes
PDM will provide the Programme and related services with reasonable care and skill and will take reasonable steps to ensure that the digital content is as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any particular purpose expressly agreed with you where required by applicable consumer law.
The Programme is designed to provide structured learning, practical tools and guided reflection to support personal and professional development. It does not guarantee any particular career, employment, promotion, salary, performance, confidence or development outcome.
No particular outcome can be guaranteed. Career and professional outcomes are influenced by many factors outside PDM’s control, including your individual circumstances, employer decisions, workplace conditions, organisational change, economic conditions and the wider employment market.
The relevance and usefulness of particular Programme content may also change if your role, employer, responsibilities or circumstances change after purchase. This does not mean the Programme is faulty or misdescribed, provided it was accurately described and suitable for its stated purpose at the time of purchase.
The value you derive from the Programme may vary depending on how relevant the content is to your circumstances and how you choose to use it.
The Programme is educational in nature. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating the information provided and for decisions or actions you take in relation to your career, employment or workplace circumstances.
PDM does not guarantee that:
the Website, Programme Hub or every Third-Party Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
every feature, platform or Interactive Tool will remain available indefinitely in its current form;
the Programme will meet every individual preference, expectation or circumstance; or
all information will remain current after publication.
PDM may correct errors and update information where reasonably appropriate.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, standard, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PDM’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breach of any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited; or
any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
PDM is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of PDM breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence of the breach or where both you and PDM knew, when the contract was made, that it might occur.
PDM is not responsible for loss or damage that:
was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made;
was not caused by PDM’s breach of these Terms or failure to meet its legal obligations;
results from circumstances outside PDM’s reasonable control;
results from your failure to follow reasonable access, security or technical instructions;
arises from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or unauthorised information supplied by you; or
arises from decisions or actions taken by your employer, prospective employer, manager, colleague or another third party.
The Programme is supplied for your own personal and professional development. Unless PDM expressly agrees otherwise in writing, it is not supplied for resale, organisational training, consultancy, facilitation or other commercial use.
Where you purchase or use the Programme as a Consumer, PDM is not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or commercial reputation.
PDM is not responsible for any particular career, employment or workplace outcome, including decisions relating to recruitment, promotion, remuneration, performance assessment, organisational change, restructuring, redundancy or termination of employment, except to the extent that a direct and foreseeable loss was caused by PDM’s breach of these Terms or failure to meet its legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, PDM’s responsibility will be limited to losses that are direct, reasonably foreseeable and proportionate to the nature of the Programme, the price paid and the circumstances in which the loss arose. This does not limit any repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, compensation or other remedy to which you are entitled under applicable consumer law.
PDM will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control. Where such an event materially affects Programme access, PDM will take reasonable steps to reduce the disruption and restore access or provide a reasonable alternative where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in effect.
Where possible, the affected provision will be interpreted in a way that most closely reflects its original purpose while remaining lawful and enforceable.
Waiver
If PDM does not immediately enforce a right or remedy under these Terms, that does not mean PDM has waived that right or remedy.
If PDM allows extra time for you to meet an obligation, or chooses not to act in relation to a particular breach, that does not prevent PDM from enforcing these Terms later or in relation to another breach.
Any waiver must be clear and will apply only to the specific circumstances for which it was given.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer and any specific terms shown at checkout or provided with your purchase, form the agreement between you and PDM in relation to the Website and the Career Foundations Programme.
They replace any earlier discussions, statements or agreements relating to the same subject matter, except where a statement has been expressly included in your order confirmation or otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual Property
The Website, Programme and Materials contain intellectual property owned by or licensed to PDM.
This may include:
website and programme copy;
learning guides, presentations and downloadable resources;
templates, worksheets and prompts;
the Career Ownership Model and its visual presentation;
diagrams, graphics, illustrations and design elements;
the structure and arrangement of the Programme;
PDM branding, logos and visual identity; and
interactive tools, original tool content and other digital materials created by or for PDM
These materials may be protected by copyright, design rights, trade mark rights and other applicable intellectual property laws. References to trade marks do not mean that every PDM name, logo or phrase is registered.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under the Programme licence and permitted use section, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you when you access or purchase the Programme.
You retain all rights in the original personal information, reflections, responses and content that you add to editable Materials or submit through Programme activities.
PDM retains all rights in the underlying templates, frameworks, teaching content, structure, design and methodology used to create those outputs.
Content provided by third parties remains owned by the relevant third party and may be subject to separate licence terms or usage restrictions.
You must not use PDM’s name, logos, branding or Materials in a way that suggests that you are endorsed by, affiliated with or authorised to represent PDM unless PDM has agreed this in writing.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using your completed and substantially personalised outputs for your own career and workplace purposes in accordance with the Programme licence and permitted use section.
Any use of PDM intellectual property beyond the permissions granted in these Terms requires PDM’s prior written permission.
Complaints, governing law & disputes
If you have a complaint or concern about the Website, Programme, Materials or your purchase, please contact PDM first at hello@thepersonaldevelopmentmission.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue.
PDM will aim to acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable period and will make reasonable efforts to resolve it fairly and promptly.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them, the Website, the Programme or your purchase are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a Consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you are a Consumer living outside the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your usual country of residence.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights regarding where proceedings may be brought, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms.
The parties may agree to use mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution, but neither party is required by these Terms to submit a dispute to binding arbitration.
Customer content and workplace information
You may provide personal information, reflections, assessment responses, feedback or other content when using the Programme or associated Third-Party Services.
You retain any rights you have in the original content you provide.
PDM may use that content only as reasonably necessary to:
provide and support the Programme;
operate associated tools and services;
respond to your requests;
improve the Programme and customer experience;
meet legal, regulatory, security and record-keeping requirements; and
use anonymised or aggregated information where individuals are not reasonably identifiable.
PDM will handle personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You must not submit confidential or sensitive information belonging to your employer, client, colleague or another third party unless you are authorised to do so.
Where the Programme invites you to reflect on workplace experiences, you should avoid including unnecessary names, personal data, commercially sensitive information or confidential business information.
PDM will not publish your identifiable reflections, assessment responses, feedback, testimonial or personal experience for marketing purposes without your permission.
Pricing and listing errors
PDM takes reasonable care to ensure that Programme descriptions, prices and other information shown on the Website and at checkout are accurate.
If a price, description or other material detail is clearly incorrect because of a technical, administrative or typographical error, PDM may correct the error before an order is completed.
Where an order has already been completed on the basis of a clear and obvious error, PDM may contact you promptly to explain the issue and offer you the choice of:
continuing with the purchase on the corrected terms, where appropriate; or
cancelling the order and receiving a full refund through the original payment method.
PDM will not rely on this section to change an agreed price merely because it later decides that the Programme should have been sold for more.
Any refund will be processed through Stripe Managed Payments and may take additional time to appear depending on Stripe, your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
General provisions
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without PDM’s prior written consent.
PDM may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms where reasonably necessary in connection with a business transfer, restructuring or change in how the Programme is operated, provided that this does not materially reduce your rights.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship or joint venture between you and PDM.
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Any notice or communication under these Terms may be sent by email using the contact details provided by the relevant party.
Educational disclaimer
The Programme and Materials are provided for general educational and personal development purposes.
They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, employment-law or other regulated professional advice.
PDM does not assess your individual circumstances and does not make decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for evaluating the Programme content and deciding whether and how to apply it in your career, workplace or personal circumstances.
No particular career, employment, promotion, salary, performance or professional outcome is guaranteed.
Testimonials, case studies and participant experiences describe individual experiences only. They do not represent a promise or guarantee that another customer will achieve the same or similar results.
Further information is available in PDM’s separate Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
